Canceling or changing an order
When you place an order online please be sure to review the order carefully. If you find any errors, please contact us immediately. Please understand that if you do not contact us right away, we may not be able to modify your order.
TROMA Direct Return Policy
All items are nonrefundable, so choose wisely. We will, however, replace damaged or defective goods within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been damaged or defective items will need to be returned to us before a replacement is shipped. Upon return of the damaged item it will be inspected and replacements and/or refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will ship out replacements at no charge to you. If your order is lost via shipping we will need proof of this loss before we can replace the lost order.
